How to order
Ordering is easy and you have several options.
•You may simply write down what you want and send it in with your check, Money Order or Credit Card info
•Or you can text me (216) 544-9601 and let me know what you want and I will give you a total and payment instructions
THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY TO ORDER IF YOU HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!
•If you know what you want and want to simplify ordering by not emailing back and forth you can
just add it all up, include $3.95 shipping, log into PayPal, click the “Money” tab, click “Send or request money”,
choose “Pay for goods and services”
and enter my PayPal account email:
You can add a note during the payment process indicating what the payment
is for and any special instructions for me. If it is many items though,
you may want
to pay then shoot me an email with your list. It is the same email:
•Or you can send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name and phone number and I will call you to take your order via credit card over the phone.
I have been doing this for over 5 years and have filled thousands and thousands of orders. I have a staff of one (me), and am really low tech / old school with my approach to doing business. However, I do fully understand privacy and security concerns with customer information and treat them with the same care I would wish others to treat my info. I shred all credit card info immediately after processing. I do not keep a copy of any personal information and NEVER share any of your info with anyone. EVER.
I can process Government Credit Cards for agencies and groups. I can email a copy of my W9 but do not have the staff (it is just me) to go through all the vendor applications that some states and agencies require to purchase goods. I do require payment prior to shipping any order.
